Relax And Take A Deep Breath

One of the main causes of hair loss is Stress. Stress can trigger telogen effluvium due to a disruption of the natural growth and rest cycle of your hair. You can try these natural stress relievers:

  • Daily exercise

Stress is a reaction of your body to changes that acquire an adjustment or response.

Lack of sleep, personal problems with your partner, financial problems, dieting, exams etc. can send signals to the body that it’s under too much stress. In fact, any reason that causes you to worry, overthink or panic can cause stress.

Everytime you are stressed, your body releases cortisol/adrenaline, which is the principle hormone tied to our innate “flight or fight” response. Your body makes you choose between running away from the situation or staying and fighting your way through.

If you feel stressed about an event, just make sure to reduce your stress level in any possible way.

Balance Is The Key

Hormones affect your mental, physical, emotional health and, of course, your hair. They play a major role when it comes to controlling your weight, your mood and your appetite among many other things.

  2. The love of my life for the last 17 years was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease nearly 4 years ago, at age 52. He had a stooped posture, tremors, muscle stiffness, horrible driving skills, and slow movement. He was placed on Sinemet 50/200 at night for 7 months and then Sifrol and rotigotine were introduced which replaced the Sinemet but he had to stop due to side effects. He started having hallucinations, lost touch with reality. Suspecting it was the medications I took him off the Siferol (with the doctor’s knowledge) In March this year his primary physician suggested we started him on Natural Herbal Gardens Parkinson’s Herbal formula which eased his anxiety a bit, i’m happy to report this PD herbal treatment worked very effectively. His Parkinson’s is totally under control, he had a total decline in symptoms, the tremors, shaking, stiffness, slow movement and speech problems stopped.

    1. I’m so sorry for what you and your partner have been through, Shirly. Parkinson’s is really a terrible disease and can test your limits. Some medications only worsen the symptoms though doctors insist on prescribing them because they think it is the only way to cure the disease. But I’m happy that you became suspicious and took him off the Sifrol – obviously that safed his life. The herbal treatment seems to have worked wonders, what a beautiful miracle. He really is darn lucky to have someone like you in his life, otherwise the symptoms probably wouldn’t have declined, at least not that drastically. Sending my best wishes and lots of love to both of you.

    1. Thank you, Jhonson Grey. If you need a hand, feel free to chime in any time you want and I will be more than happy to help you out. I wish you a wonderful week, stay tuned! Ruya
