  1. I can tell you that hair loss sucks LOL. I lost 80% of my hair due to a prescription I was taking….well when I stopped…that is when the hair began and it was quick. Within 2 months I’d lost most of my hair. What worked for me? I take a very good hair, skin and nail supplement…and they are not all the same. I also started using essential oils specifically for hair loss, and then I use a shampoo and conditioner also for hair loss or thinning hair. Does it work? Heck yes! I had to cut my hair extremely short just so I didn’t look like I had been going thru radiation treatment. It is growing back in full and fairly fast…about 1/2 an inch a month. There is hope. I can say that!

  2. I believe that this post can also be useful for men, because stress can also lead to hair loss for men too.

    Just out of curiosity, what is the minimum hair loss amount that can be considered problematic? The reason I asked is because I’ve noticed some hair loss at the age of 16-17, but figured out recently that I’m still fine.

    1. Hi German, thanks for chiming in! Of course, stress is one of the main factors that can trigger hair loss. The average person sheds betweeen 50 and 100 hairs per day. Anything above that is considered excessive.
